**South Terrace Urology’s surgeons possess an extensive range of skills, capitalising on the subspecialty expertise within the group. One of the leading Urology practices in South Australia, South Terrace Urology has been in operation since the 1960’s. The expertise of our surgeons and their ongoing commitment to research and education ensures the highest standard of Urological assessment and surgery. We work with the latest technology to provide patients with a high standard of modern, individualised clinical care. Currently we are looking to appoint the key role of Medical Administrator.**

Reporting to the Practice Manager and assisting our patients primarily in a behind the scenes capacity following up protocols and procedures across pre and post patient consultations this role’s duties include:

- Manage and prioritise incoming calls (located away from reception desk)
- Assisting with medical billing and booking of patient appointments/hospital/surgery as required
- Updating of patient details/files and appointment records
- Performing relief reception duties as required
- Ideally suiting an individual with experience working within a busy medical environment within GP, Specialist, or Allied Health rooms, applicants with previous experience working within Hospital Admissions will be highly regarded. Extensive training, mentoring, and a competitive hourly rate are on offer. Historically this role has been a pathway towards more senior Medical Administration roles and Medical Secretary roles for those interested in future progression and career pathway in Medical Administration. Offered as a full time permanent position, this role could also be structured as a permanent part time position 4 days per week or potentially as a 9 day fortnight for standout applicants._
