**About the role**

Reporting to our Building Manager, this role will see you processing client maintenance requests and coordinating assessment, approval and completion of work with employees and contractors. Main responsibilities will include;
- Directly resolving new home customers concerns and issues in a professional manner;
- Obtaining and recording new maintenance requests in a database system;
- Assisting management in gathering site information for assessment of maintenance claims;
- Schedule, follow up and confirm completion of approved scheduled work for completion by employees and contractors;
- Documenting an active program of maintenance on display homes and other Longridge Group built assets;
- Effectively communicating with all internal and external stakeholders.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will;
- Have experience in a maintenance coordination or property management role;
- Strive for excellence and constantly look for ways to exceed expectations; delivering a high-quality service at speed will be second nature;
- Be resilient and solutions-oriented with proven experience engaging customers across challenging queries. Your ability to engage and address client's needs, problem solve and deliver outstanding levels of customer service will define your success;
- Have the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once, working autonomously but as a team at a fast-pace;
- Strong computer skills & attention to detail.
