We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and tech-savvy **Sales and Admin Coordinator** to support the smooth and efficient running of our business. In this versatile role, you’ll handle customer inquiries, coordinate bookings, and ensure excellent service while managing a variety of administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Growth**: Follow up with clients and identify opportunities to maximize sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- **Administrative Support**: Manage booking records, process payments, and maintain accurate client information.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture relationships with regular clients and subcontractors.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Highly Organized**: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable learning new systems, adapting to technological changes, and working with tools like CRM systems and office software.
- **Strong Communicator**: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- **Problem Solver**: Proactive and resourceful in finding solutions and improving processes.
- **Adaptable**: Thrives in a dynamic environment and is open to learning new skills as the business evolves.

**Experience**
- At least 4 years of experience in an administrative, retail, or sales role.
- Previous experience in the events industry, whether as an Event Planner, Event Coordinator, or Event Manager, is preferred but not essential.
