**Position Description**

The Brisbane office is seeking a talented litigation and dispute resolution Associate to join their team.

The disputes team have extensive experience in corporate disputes, insolvency, and contractual matters. They handle a diverse and complex range of disputes across corporate, commercial property, and consumer law realms, serving a clientele that includes prominent private equity firms, listed corporates and SMEs.

The firm provides a Tier-1 experience without the bureaucracy of a Big Law corporate firm. It’s lean and high-performing team means the collective experience of its practitioners are brought to bear on every matter.

**Unique Remuneration - No Billables + Monthly Bonus Scheme**

This firm has scrapped the billable hour model. Lawyers are provided with competitive mid/top-tier base remuneration in addition to a monthly cash bonus of up to 50% of their monthly salary, linked to non-financial metrics centred around key client-centric objectives. All Lawyers participate in monthly in-person reviews aimed at fostering continuous feedback and professional growth.
