Enterprise Delivery & Engagement Manager

The Company

KBR in Australia has been involved in working with Defence for the last 20 years, and has developed a core competency in systems engineering, systems and enterprise architecture, project management, training solutions and integrated logistic support and provides this expertise to support a wide range of exciting Defence projects and clients.

The Role

KBR are currently seeking a proactive Enterprise and Delivery Manager to support our client within the Naval domain. The Enterprise Engagement and Delivery Manager will provide the conduit between NLIS & Navy enterprise stakeholders to support the development and then delivery of DMEL and NLIS related initiatives, products and services, including on-boarding of new enterprises and projects into the NLIS. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Delivery planning including support of schedule development, delivery risks, issues, assumptions, constraints and change & communications planning, and execution oversight.

Provide the liaison interface between Navy Products & Capabilities and the NLIS to understand information related challenges across the capability lifecycle.

Facilitate the analysis of the customer’s business challenges and associated risks.

Support DMEL solution options ideation and selection to deliver the right balance between solution cost, operational risk mitigation and asset performance.

Support Cost modelling of solution options and funding submission support.

Solution benefits determination and realisation planning support.

Support and guidance to DMEL stakeholders on the development of strategic artefacts including presentations and executive submissions.

Manage the delivery of DMEL products and services to SPOs as tasked.

Negotiate as needed with internal and external stakeholders to co-ordinate DMEL resourcing to support the delivery of products and services.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

**To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess**:
A degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or IT, or significant relevant work experience.

Project Management skills and experience essential.

Change Management skills and experience highly desirable.

Strong relationship skills and stakeholder management experience across all levels of an enterprise of similar size and structure to Navy.

Experience with the development of business cases and supporting artefacts.

Understanding of the asset capability lifecycle from needs generation through to decommissioning.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce executive level artefacts and pitches.

Experience with financial modelling including investment and sensitivity analysis.

Ability to think outside of the box to shape business strategy.

This role is based in Defence Plaza Sydney and requires a current AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.
