About the Role
We are seeking an experienced male support worker to join our team to support a male participant who requires assistance with daily living activities and community access.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and reliable support worker who enjoys making a positive difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care and hygiene support where required
Assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, and household tasks
Supporting community participation and social inclusion
Assisting with transport to appointments, activities, and events
Building strong, trusting, and respectful relationships with participants
Following behaviour support plans and working collaboratively with the care team
About You
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, caring and has experience working with NDIS participants or in a similar support role.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 12 months experience as a support worker
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working With Children Check
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
Highly Regarded:
Experience supporting participants with high physical or behavioural needs
Cert III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or similar
