
Group Global Mobility, Human Resources Manager

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a **Group Global Mobility, Human Resources Manager**.
Close working relationship with the TAM, Studio Directors, Talent Acquisition Lead and recruiters, the HR Managers and Sr HR Advisors and Distributed Development.
You will be responsible for the delivery and execution of all international business studio-focused, best practice Mobility function. The role will be integral to our transformation, continuing to build a culture of mobility whilst elevating the profile and visibility of our mobility brand. Strong performance standards and service delivery to studios will be achieved through coaching and mentoring team members and providing expert technical advice. You will work closely with senior leaders to understand project and business pipelines as well as resourcing requirements, acting as a trusted advisor in executing best practice Mobility.
The daily duties and responsibilities include:
- Subject matter expert for all matters related to global mobility and will be responsible for partnering and providing guidance to the business, Human Resource and Recruitment as appropriate.
- Develop relocation provision, policy and processes to ensure our people and new hire’s needs are met.
- Support and coach the business, R and Recruitment on complex case management where applicable.
- Responsibility for ensuring excellent service delivery to internal clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders. Manage external supplier relationships to ensure policies, processes and commerciality.
- Driving improved satisfaction scores through surveying, monitoring the transactional delivery of cases. Ensure tracking and compliance with in-house Global Mobility policies and processes across the team
- Project manage and drive Global Mobility priorities aligned to the business strategy
- Work closely with GM counterparts around the world to ensure a smooth assignment experience, advising and coaching, as necessary.
**Education** - Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable. Industry experience may substitute.
**Experience & Skills**
- 10 years of global mobility experience working in a multi-national, global team environment
- Substantial experience leading teams and are considered a trusted business advisor
- Superior stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining focused on operational excellence
- Demonstrable experience working with ambiguity in a fast-paced growth environment, gained from a large matrix organization
- Tenacity and a consultative approach to providing impactful client mobility solutions plus the ability to work in a team-oriented environment are critical skills.
- Experience in international tax, and immigration.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt as new priorities surface.
- HR experience within a global corporate environment.
- Technical knowledge of immigration law and a sound understanding of immigration risks and best practice
- Experience conducting immigration compliance audits.
- Experience of developing and managing relocation provision
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in a complex matrix environment.
- Proven experience of managing multiple cases/projects simultaneously and independently.
- Experience resolving complex immigration issues independently and taking ownership in unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
- Experience of working with HR teams to deliver shared business objectives.
- Experience in setting up or working with global payroll solutions would be beneficial
- Experience working with immigration lawyers and managing those relationships.
- Strong numeracy, analytical and spreadsheet skills with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts
