**What you'll be doing**:
You will be working closely with the Country Manager on the development and execution of national strategic people projects, work with internal business leaders on understanding their vision and develop people hiring and engagement roadmaps in line with business goals.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve Homage's employer branding among the community.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Finally, nurture a positive working environment and ensure legal compliance through HR management ultimately be a champion of the Homage culture.

**Skills you will need**
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent is preferable.
- Relevant experience in HR roles, including business partnering and supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Australia Fair Work Act 2009 and other relevant legal requirements or governmental guidelines and SOPs
- Strong communicator and is able to drive public forums
- Experience in prioritising different functions and tasks while managing their work time
- Experience working in multi stakeholder setting is a plus
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Experience in Excel is a plus
