The Role
- The Department Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the department and will lead a small team. The Deli Department have a shared responsibility in providing consistent, high-quality products for our customers.

Your responsibilities include
- Managing and leading a team of deli associates, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations - Ensuring the availability and freshness of deli products, monitoring inventory, and placing orders as needed - Upholding food safety and hygiene standards, following relevant guidelines and regulations - Collaborating with other departments to optimise sales, promotions, and product offerings - Implementing and maintaining excellent customer service practices, resolving customer inquiries and complaints - Monitoring and analysing department performance, implementing strategies for continuous improvement
