The Vic's Premium Quality Meat Group has opened its brand-new butcher shop and deli inside the stunning Chadstone Shopping Centre Market Pavilion, and we are looking for a bright, energetic Store Manager to take the reins.

This is no ordinary store. It's a premium butcher paired with a gourmet deli and modern sandwich bar, all designed to deliver an unforgettable food experience. We're now searching for a leader who can bring passion, energy, and excellence to every shift.

What you'll do:
  • Lead and inspire a passionate team across the butcher shop, deli, and sandwich bar
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, personal touch
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including rostering, stock, and presentation
  • Drive sales growth and maintain smooth, efficient service
  • Foster a positive, professional, and fun workplace culture
What you'll bring:
  • Previous management experience in a deli, sandwich bar, café, or hospitality environment
  • A passion for premium food and customer experiences
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Solid business acumen, with confidence in rostering, stock control, and budgets
  • A positive, can-do attitude and love for fast-paced environments
