About the role:

- Manage Daily Operations of the Bakery and Café, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
- Create a welcoming and positive experience for the customer
- Manage, Lead and Inspire your team
- Fast service across barista role and all rounder tasks with the ability to have fun while working hard
- Meet store KPIs

- Be able to lead a team effectively and coach and develop team members as required
- Understand all food safety and hygiene requirements
- Be strong in stock management and cost control processes
- Communicate professionally with a diverse range of customers, suppliers and internal company representatives
- Drive sales by promoting our products via our Socials
- Ensure consistent presentation and quality of food and beverages served.
- Manage transactions through POS system.
- Uphold Food & Safety Standards and undertake regular Quality Assurance audits.
- Monitor trends & report on sales and inventory results.
- Demonstrate company values at all times with a safety lead mindset.

About You:

- Proven experience in cafe or restaurant management.
- Demonstrated strong understanding of customer service and food/beverage operations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and managing a diverse team.
- Have an eye for detail.
- High volume barista skills, with a passion for crafting high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Strong business acumen focused on driving sales and revenue growth.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities, including inventory management and order placement.
- Proficient in operating POS systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team to develop & implement promotions/events.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales and performance data and make strategic recommendations.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the cafe's operational hours.
- Commitment to upholding company values, policies, and procedures.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
