Drip IV is Australia's and New Zealand's first and leading mobile vitamin infusion company. Specialising in intravenous vitamin therapy (IV), our nurses have administered 40,000+ vitamin drips nationwide since our 2018 inception.

The Drip IV Australia and New Zealand team prides itself on providing a convenient and premium vitamin infusion service to the country. But most importantly, we prioritise client safety. We offer safe and effective IV infusions and IM booster shots backed by our medical team. Drip IV solutions may assist with immune support, increasing energy levels, detoxing, weight loss, anti-ageing, brain function and much more.

And now we are searching for a new Accounts Assistant for the growing team, the person coming on board will be replacing previous accounts assistant who has had internal growth within the company.

We are offering a Monday to Friday full time role based in at new HQ in Burleigh

THE ROLE WITH EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate Accountant with 2 years commercial experience (or experienced Bookkeeper)
- Experience with Quickbooks and Xero
- Payroll Experience preferred but not essential
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience - including processing of payments
- Responsibility for Staff Expense Reimbursements and Clinic/Franchise/Licensee Reimbursements.
- Experience with Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Ability to adhere to timely invoicing and payment requirements
- An Understanding of GST legislation
- Experience with International Reporting (New Zealand) is desirable but not essential
- The ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly expanding industry
- A great work ethic and can do attitude
- An immediate start is available for this role

The successful applicant will be reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
