The role
The successful person
To succeed in this role, you will need proven expertise in managing data collections, particularly those related to sourcing information that addresses both user and provider needs, such as experience of care or outcome data. You should also have a demonstrated ability to identify and analyse issues, develop and implement solutions, and take initiative and responsibility in the data collection process.
Additionally, you will need a strong understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn and apply, national and state mental health service delivery policies, plans, and strategies related to mental health information development and consumer and carer engagement. Strong written and verbal communication, along with negotiation skills, are essential for effective collaboration and consultation with stakeholders.
