The key aspects of your role will involve**:

- Proactively planning, managing, and coordinating NPD and product changes to site ensuring they are delivered on time and in full.
- Managing the end-to-end NPD and/or product changes process specification program for the site liaising with the regional hub teams.
- Being the site NPD/Product change liaison for the manufacturing team to manage all site level trials.
- Briefing and supporting site team in areas of NPD and product changes including the liquid, packaging, planning and raw materials.
- Building, governing and delivering NPD plans for site ensuring we have aligned supply and demand plans to deliver on time.
- Working with Site Scheduling department to ensure on time delivery of raw materials for both site trials and first production runs.

**About You**

You are innovative and passionate about new product development, and love working with people to achieve desired project results. Prior FMCG sector and project management experience will contribute to your success in this role.

Additionally, you will:

- Hold a bachelor’s in Management, Food Technology, Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Have demonstrated experience working with Continuous Improvement Systems (eg. Lean, Six Sigma).
- Have prior experience within a quality position within an FMCG Manufacturing environment.
- Possess solid project management skills and experience and demonstrated change management skills.
- Hold strong communications skills with the ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Possess solid knowledge of business operations including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) together with a strong working knowledge of ISO and HACCP principles.
