Advance Thinking are a boutique consultancy with a great network of clients across many industries.
Currently we are looking for a Junior Reward Analyst for our leading insurance client.
Engaged within a stable team with a great culture.
Provide support to the Reward team across a range of Remuneration and Benefits initiatives in order to facilitate delivery of the Global Reward COE strategic plan. Focus on analysing data and presenting insights to inform decision making as well as streamlining processes for optimal efficiencies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support to administer the remuneration review including participation in project planning and execution, system configuration and testing, developing/presenting related communications, administering the review, reporting and analytics and generating remuneration review statements.
- Undertake market benchmarking as requested by the business, maintaining an accurate register of the market benchmarking framework, engaging with managers in relation to market benchmarking, submitting salary survey data and attending salary survey events to keep up to date with market trends.
- Support the communication of company benefits to employees through each stage of the employee lifecycle
- Responding to the Reward queries and monitoring the Reward mailbox
**Preferred Competencies/Skills**
- Proficient using all products of MS Office Suite (with emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint).
- Numerical skills.
- Organisational skills.
- Able to work flexibly
- Able to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Resourceful and ‘hands-on’ approach to problem solving.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Cultural sensitivity to successfully build relationships and teamwork based on trust and mutual respect.
**Preferred Experience**
- Proven reward analyst experience essential
- Experience of working in large corporate environment.
- Experience of working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Business degree in HR, economics or management related discipline or equivalent college diploma desirable.
- Experience of working across geographical boundaries desirable.
**Preferred Knowledge**
- Strong understanding of salary surveys
- Working knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday
- Some knowledge of insurance and/or financial services desirable.
- Some knowledge of Reward trends, best practice and future direction
