**The Opportunity**

One of our Federal government clients is looking for experienced professionals to plan and direct activities associated with all aspects of system testing through to user acceptance testing and validation tasks.

**Test Lead**:

- Development of Test Strategies, Test Plans and Test Cases in support of the systems, functional and load & performance requirements of the system
- Prepare and execute testing - manage individual testers, prepare for the testing, which includes the preparation of test conditions, test scripts, test cycles and input data and capture actual results for testing
- Update Test Case progress - Using a nominated testing tool progressively update the status of each condition/script tested and ensure traceability to corresponding requirement(s).
- Record and track defects - log defects found during testing; review to identify major defects and determine their impact Test plan (per test level) - support development of deliverable

**Testers**:

- Updating and maintaining the Requirements Traceability Verification Matrix;
- Test scripts (scenarios and cases);
- Test results (evidence and logs);
- Test plan (per test level) - support development of deliverable;
- Test Summary Report (per test level) - support development of deliverable

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Previous or similar experience in major ICT activities
- Previous experience working with Federal Government is a bonus
- Ability to ensure the successful completion of all testing requirements in accordance with scheduled delivery timeframes.
