**Your new company**
This organisation based in the Penrith Region is looking for a receptionist/administrator to join on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This corporation sits within the Automotive industry and are expanding their team due to sustained growth of the business.
**Your new role**
Sitting within a small team, your duties will include:
- Greeting and welcoming customers onto the premises and attending to their enquiries
- Answering the phones and providing an exceptional level of service
- Taking information from clients and providing quotes based on their requirements
- Ordering parts from suppliers
- Adhoc general administration duties
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful for this role, you will need to be an individual who has previous experience in an administration/customer service role and are looking for a long-term opportunity. You will be a motivated individual with a willingness to learn. You will be highly organised with great written and oral communication skills. You will be proficient with MS Office Suite and will be able to pick up new systems as required. Previous experience or interest in the automotive industry is highly desired.
