An amazing opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and dynamic forward thinker who enjoys working in a vibrant growing physiotherapy practice. We are currently seeking a receptionist for our Narrabeen clinic. The successful applicant will be a highly valued and vital member of our team.

With a reputation for top quality care, our practice caters for injury rehabilitation, as well as clinical exercise, to improve performance for people with an active lifestyle. We are looking for someone to work with our experienced team of physiotherapists and massage therapists to help our clients reach their full potential.

The position is part time - 3 days per week.

- You are efficient, quick to learn, and able to follow directions
- You are keen to contribute to continually improving our client experience
- You are eager to build up referral networks and community awareness of our services

Above all, you MUST be a strong team player who’s not shy to get involved, open to collaboration and enjoy a laugh

Tasks the position will involve:

- Managing day to day operations of the practice
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Banking and accounts (MYOB)
- Appointment booking and calendar management
- Motivated to work alongside administration staff and practitioners
- Assistance with marketing
- Working some evenings, early mornings and the occasional Saturday

What we are offering:
This role will suit someone looking for part time hours (minimum of 24 hours/wk) primarily at our Narrabeen clinic with occasional work at our Frenchs Forest clinic.

We provide ongoing mentoring and training to ensure you reach your full potential.

You will work alongside a motivated team of health professionals.

Plus, you will also be supported through our team meetings, 1 on 1 mentoring and individual development plans... along with social activities

Prior experience in a reception/admin position in a medical or allied health practice is desired but not essential.
