The People & Culture (P&C) Delivery Partner is responsible for supporting and contributing to the success of Social Infrastructure with any cyclical people & culture events and as well as project-based work.

A People & Culture Delivery Partner plays a critical role in driving People & Culture initiatives and ensuring successful project delivery for the allocated initiative and stakeholder group.

You will be an accomplished HR Professional, excellent communicator and be able to demonstrate building relationships.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

In particular, the position will be required to:

- Collaborate closely with other P&C teams to deliver on people programs either within a defined area of Social Infrastructure or geographic region.
- Work closely with HR Business partners, functional HR teams and other teams to gather project requirements, align objectives and coordinate project activities.
- Undertake People & Culture project work in support of business strategies and plans.
- Support the execution of cyclical events such as performance, remuneration and talent cycles.
- Lead and manage People & Culture projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget and quality standards.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, establish effective communication channels, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project & annual cycles.
- Provide advisory support and coaching to managers to manage employee relations and industrial relations matters.
- Develop change management strategies and plans to support the successful implementation of People & Culture projects.
- Contribute to the scoping, planning and delivery of business improvement projects and people engagement initiatives.
- Assess impact of HR and talent projects on the business.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary Qualification in HR, Business Management, or a related discipline (desirable)HR generalist experience
- Delivery of HR projects and annual cycle events (e.g. performance, remuneration, talent)
- Significant industrial and employment relations experience
- Previous experience in coaching and developing managers.
- The ability to facilitate training (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices & regulations
- Knowledge of Fair Work Act, relevant awards, enterprise agreements and other employment legislation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
- Developed communication skills.
- Intermediate ability with Microsoft Office Suite, document preparation and HRIS/payroll, Learning Management and Recruitment Software
