**Accountabilities include**:

- Effectively and accurately, process invoices and expenditure related transactions received for payment in accordance with relevant departmental policies, including entering and processing the transactions in the SAP System.
- Process purchase requisitions and create and maintain vendor details in the SAP system.
- Provide efficient and effective administrative procurement support to the Procure to Pay team by undertaking activities associated with:

- Obtaining applicable approvals, creating and maintaining procurement documents in line with relevant record keeping practices
- Assisting with preparing contract and tender documentation, correspondence, reports and other material in accordance with relevant procurement processes.
- Assisting with conducting sourcing activities in accordance with established policies and procedures to meet business needs.
- Maintain and update procurement records and generate reports on procurement and contract activity to meet organisational compliance requirements and provide access to procurement information.
- Proactively contribute where appropriate to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the Division's financial and procurement systems and processes.
- Contribute to the successful completion of the end of month and end of year reporting process including collating information for expenditure related accruals.
- Undertake administrative projects or administrative support functions as directed by the Senior Procurement Advisor including reporting on progress and outcomes.
- Completion of ad-hoc duties and projects as required.

This role reports to the Senior Procurement Advisor and has no direct reports.
