
Procurement and Contracts Analyst

Your day to day routine will look something like this:
- Provide basic advice and guidance to business stakeholders on purchasing and contracting processes and documentation preparation
- Promote compliance with existing contracts and procurement policies, standards and procedures.
- Source and recommend reliable providers and present structured analysis of options.
- Coordinate the issue of RFP’s and Tenders to market.
- Manage & administer a range of Procurement agreements and contracts
- Liaising and building pro-active and transparent relationships with key suppliers to improve value delivered to the organisation;
- Ensuring contractual obligations are met and key Risks are identified.
- Where issues or disputes arise, develop, and execute strategies for resolution with support from line management
- Managing and administer contract variations;
- Issuing contractual correspondence; and
- Support the establishment and maintenance of the organisation’s contract database.
- Manage and ensure relevant Procurement activities comply with internal approval and governance processes.
All about you:
- Prior experience working in a busy environment as a Purchasing Officer, Contracts Administrator or a Procurement background.
- Display a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable but not essential
- Background in Oil & Gas / Mining is ideal but not essential
