A Day In the Life Our Property Managers have the flexibility and independence to manage their own week and are supported by caring and inspiring leaders. We are looking for a fun, hardworking and genuine individual to do the following: Portfolio based property management (230 properties) Liaise with owners and tenants Conduct ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections Organise repairs and maintenance work orders Minimise and maintain rental arrears The Good Stuff With a team of support around you, you will be coached, guided and given the opportunity to succeed. We offer direct training and feedback from your leaders, alongside a weekly refresher training from our Operational Excellence team.
