**Job Title: Client Partner - Insurance & Superannuation Sector**
**Location**: Melbourne/Sydney, Australia
**Mode of Work**: Hybrid 3 days a week from Office & 2 Days from Home
**Reporting Structure**: Country Manager, ANZ
**Job Overview**:
As a Client Partner specializing in the Insurance and superannuation sector, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding our client relationships. Based in Melbourne or Sydney, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Your role will involve strategic account management, business development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive success.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Sales expertise from Tier 1 IT services company**:
- **Minimum 6+ years into the Insurance and superannuation sector as Client Partner/Account Management.**:
- **Must be an Australian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Australia**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Insurance and Superannuation sector.
- Understand client business objectives and challenges to provide strategic guidance and solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring effective communication and addressing client concerns promptly.
**Strategic Account Development**:
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to maximize revenue from existing clients.
**Business Development**:
- Proactively seek new business opportunities within the Insurance and Superannuation sector.
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
**Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Provide feedback from clients to contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
