**About the Opportunity**

The Y Victoria are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join the OSHC team in our newly created Workforce Manager role. This is a full time Monday to Friday role with a salary range of $100 - $118k depending on experience. You will work both from home predominantly and have the oppurtunity to visit our OSHC programs.

As a valued member of our Senior Leadership Team, in this role you'll have the opportunity to:

- Exercise your leadership skills, providing support and guidance to our OSHC Team
- Contribute to the overall business performance by optimizing workforce utilization, accurately forecasting future workforce needs
- Create efficient rosters and implement proactive talent management practices across our operational areas
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture

This role is responsible for developing and implementing workforce planning strategies and initiatives to ensure Y OSHC has the right talent, in the right place at the right time, aligning with compliance rostering requirements informed by regulations and policies.

**What do you need?**
- Employee Working with Children Check Card
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Early Childhood Education or equivalent (desirable)
- Have (or be willing to obtain) HLTAID012 First Aid Qualifications, including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Qualifications
- Equivalent experience preferred but not required
