Davidson Technology are assisting a Multinational Automotive Manufacturer with the appointment of a Design Lead focussing on UX and CX design.

**About the Role**

You will join a division that is responsible for conceptualizing and strategizing the future of connected products within the organisation. The programs focus lies in meticulous planning, seamless coordination, and effective execution to ensure the continuous delivery of value that meets the evolving needs of their customers. Through divisions innovative approach, they are shaping the future of mobility and transforming the way people experience and interact with vehicles.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Product Lead to understand the overall Multimedia product concept and objectives.
- Lead the user experience across the multimedia channel and ensure alignment with non-connected channels (digital, dealer, call center) for a seamless omni-channel brand experience.
- Utilize user testing feedback to develop and enhance user experiences.
- Scope the user experience from various perspectives, including end-users, dealer employees, call center teams, and other customer-facing teams.
- Conduct targeted concept and usability testing based on product specifications and user psychology.
- Create personas through user research and data collection.
- Define the appropriate interaction model and evaluate its success.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes based on customer needs.

Selection Criteria:

- Passion for technology and trends in automotive technology.
- Large-scale corproate experience as a UX Designer, CX or UI Designer role
- Strong portfolio of design projects.
- Background in project management and user/customer research.
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, UXPin, and Balsamiq.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
- Passion for solving customer/user problems.
- Excellent communication skills.
