**The Role**:
We are seeking an experienced** Retail Security Supervisor **who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference. This is a front line position leading from the floor as part of the team.

You will be responsible for providing security service at our retail site, Mirrabooka Square shopping Centre supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests and visitors. Services include but are not limited to; building key tenant familiarisation and relationships, managing access, responding in a timely manner to client requests, ensuring the safety and security for the site, management of emergency situations and demonstrated pro-active security awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:
To be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas:

- Leading a team as a front line, hands on, part of the team.
- Working closely with other site and regional managersto achieving a high level of client satisfaction
- Coaching, mentoring supporting and performance management of security team members with the objective to build a high performing team
- Liaising with local Law Enforcement Authorities and other identified stake holders in relation to security issues, as they impact upon the Centre and its surroundings
- Production of monthly reports and KPI scorecards in line with client and Assetlink
- Acting on any incidents/or injuries, near misses, equipment faults, complaints and information that is security related
- Effectively manage labour costs such as rosters, leave and overtime to the agreed schedule as per the site’s P&L and company standard
- Establishing systems, policies and procedures knowledge base designed to ensure consistently high service performance and seamless support is provided

**Role Requirements**:

- Prior experience in supervising/managing staff
- Prior experience in working around licenced venues
- Experience in retail security
- Current WA Security Licence (Cert II)
- Current First Aid Certificate (plus current CPR qualification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate appropriate
- Ability to work as a part of the Security Team and individually
- High-level problem-solving skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Reliability and access to own transport is essential
