We are a finance brokerage business that is very specialised insofar as we provide property developer clients with access to private finance options for development and construction loans.

We are a small team and we are looking for a helping hand.

We are looking for somebody who has the following skills:

- Setting up and managing basic social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google etc)
- Using initiative to identify other ways in which to reach our target market of property developers

The successful applicant could also be eligible to participate in a share of profits on leads they generate. Further details on this can be provided to the successful applicant. This can be very rewarding.

Our office is in Burwood, Sydney. However, we are okay with applicants working from home (although we would rather have the applicant present for training etc in our office).

We are flexible in the arrangement insofar as we are okay with 2-3 days per week on a contractor basis.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: From $250.00 per day
