A bit about us:
We are excitedly awaiting our opening of our brand new practice in the heart of Brisbane, located in a nice, busy shopping village in the Valley, with one general working practitioner and one visiting specialist, with room to grow. We provide high-quality dentistry and pride ourselves on creating a professional and friendly working environment. We value our staff and recognize their importance to an efficiently working practice and dental team. At Amitis Dental Studio we are a close-knit group who are passionate about helping our patients and creating a safe and great experience upon their visit, whilst always ensuring high-quality care.

The job will involve:

- Greeting patients in a warm and friendly manner,
- Managing incoming calls and patient inquiries,
- Assist in building long-term relationships with patients,
- Processing payments using hi-caps and eftpos
- Standard front desk duties
- General chair-side assisting (when required),
- Sterilization,
- General cleaning duties,
- Previous Dental Assistant or Reception experience required,
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting preferred (not required),
- Must have the right to work in Australia,
- Flexibility within hours, this may require you to work some weekends or extended hours.
- A willingness to travel between to our other location in Nundah, if need be.
- Highly professional, with good personal presentation,
- Must be able to communicate effectively - both written and oral - with patients and other team member’s,
- Extremely organized, with the ability to prioritize busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes,
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to different working techniques,
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic,
- Brings a vibrant and can-do attitude to the practice

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $33.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fortitude Valley, QLD 4006: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred)
