About the role- 2 Opportunities :

We are looking  for a savvy Dental treatment Co-ordinator  and also for trainee Dental assistant to join our incredible practice. You will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service to our patients and be part of our great Smile Dental team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to patient management, treatment plan co-ordination, staff training,  and fostering a positive work culture.

Opportunity 1: Key responsibilities as a Treatment Co-Ordinator/Front Desk Co-Ordinato

• Strive for a 100% filled appointment book for today and tomorrow
• Must require previous experience in Dental for this role
• Ability to handle high volume inbound calls
• Excel in dental administration duties and provide exceptional customer service
• Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up appointments
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service delivery
• Greet patients warmly and ensure their utmost comfort during their visit
• Assist in recruiting (when required), induction and training staff, ensuring alignment with job requirements and expectations
• Address day-to-day challenges and escalate when necessary
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies
• The ability to multitask - multiple priorities at once
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a high attention to detail
• An ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient and practice matters

Opportunity 2: Key Responsibilities as a Trainee Dental Assistant

• Previous experience in assisting for Dental Implants  and All on X Surgeries - Not Required
• Proficient in all variety of dental assisting including all dental dental surgical procedures- Not Required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Humble, ready to follow to the instructions
• work under all kind of pressure with smile on the face
• Must be available from 8 to 6:30 all weekdays
• Lateral thinker and manage busy work flow with excellent time management
• Traineeship available for the Candidates between yrs of age (no experience required)
• Witty and fun loving

Qualifications & experience

• Have at least 1 year dental experience
• Must be available from 8 to 6:30 all weekdays
• Able to navigate OASIS Dental Software  (Happy to provide training on software)
• Have an understanding of Dentistry to comfortably answer questions asked by patients
• Very organised, multitasked with initiative and well presented
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) andf General IT issues
