**About the Opportunity**

To provide administrative support across Capital Works Upgrade Funding projects and initiatives in collaboration with the Grants and Facilities teams and C&K business partners to meet each program's guidelines and service agreements.

Collaborates extensively with internal and external stakeholders and C&K business partners, including but not limited to:

- C&K Facilities, C&K Procurement Team, C&K IT & more
- Providing administrative support for the Capital Works Upgrade Funding projects. Assisting in planning, budgeting, and tracking of Capital Works Upgrade Funding.
- Handling phone inquiries and delegating as necessary.
- Managing and recording data of funded projects.
- Providing project administration support to branch and affiliate centres.
- Offering administrative support to the facilities and grants teams.

**About You**
- Knowledge and understanding of infrastructure project management
- Extensive experience managing projects from initial scope definition through to successful completion
- A general understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- General understanding of National Quality Framework (NQF)
- C&K will cover the initial and renewal costs of a Blue Card and Police Check for all permanent and fixed term contract employees prior to the commencement of their duties.
