**Support Worker Needed - Rouse Hill | Morning Shift | High School Prep**

We are currently seeking a **reliable and experienced Support Worker** to assist a **17-year-old NDIS participant** with **intellectual disability** in Rouse Hill.

**Shift Details**:

- **Days**: Monday,Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- Occasional weekend
- **Time**: 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM (1.5 hours/day)
- **Type**: In-home morning routine support
- **Start**: Immediate

**Participant Profile**:

- 17-year-old high school student
- Requires assistance with morning routine (hygiene, dressing, breakfast, school prep)
- Intellectual disability — needs patient, structured, and supportive guidance

**Essential Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Police Check
- Relevant qualifications in Disability Support or Community Services
- ABN (if working as a contractor)
- Previous experience supporting teenagers with intellectual disabilities

Soft Skills:

- Calm, reliable, and punctual
- Strong communication with family and team
- Ability to build trust and routine with a young participant
