Team Leader needed for a commercial joinery company in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne

They pride themselves on their continuing commitment to maintaining strong relationships with their suppliers as well as the implementation of new technology to achieve perfection within their operations whilst keeping a strong focus on the work life balance of their employees.

**Your new role**
***
In your role as Team Lead, you will be overseeing and leading a team of eight workers on the factory floor as well as delegating tasks efficiently to ensure the smooth flow of work and operations. You will be the main point of contact between the production office and the factory floor.

**What you'll need to succeed**:
***
- You must be a qualified Cabinet Maker by trade
- Experience in managing a team, delegating tasks and be confident in leading
- Must be experienced with commercial joinery and confident in assembling office and hospital furniture and joinery.
- You will need to have your own tools
- Have knowledge of operating machinery i.e: CNC, Edge bander, panel saw.
