Based in Sydney’s northern suburbs we deliver high quality gardening services to both residential & strata clients. Due to steady growth we are seeking a qualified horticulturist / experienced gardener team leader.

We are an established, progressive company with our hands in everything gardens including design & garden makeovers, irrigation works, soft landscaping & general garden maintenance.

We believe our staff are our greatest asset & the key to the success of our business.

**What we are looking for**:
Qualification in Horticulture, minimum Certificate 3 in Horticulture Parks & Gardens, or a demonstrable understanding to this level.

Knowledge of common landscaping plants used in Sydney, soils & plant nutrition, pests and diseases, irrigation systems.

An understanding of overall garden management & garden design.

A commitment to work safety & best practice gardening techniques.

Reliability, passion, a love of being in the garden.

Attention to detail.

Ability to work unsupervised & to lead & train junior staff.

Strong communication skills.

Current manual driving license & mobile phone required.

Salary is negotiable dependent on experience. Company work car, shirts and PPE included in package.

$40 - $45 per hour + super, Fully Maintained Company Car

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $84,000.00 - $88,000.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
