**About the role**

We have a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic **Senior** **Spare Parts Interpreter/Manager**to provide exceptional support to both internal and external clients.

This role is Monday - Friday and involves:

- Supporting the spare parts process from first enquiry right through to finalising satisfied customers.
- Identifying, sourcing and managing parts for the existing customer base and the in-house service department.
- Growing the spare parts profile internally and externally.
- Managing stock effectively to ensure it is available when internal and external customers need it.
- Collect, pack, dispatch or deliver ordered marine parts and processing customer payments.

Successful applicants will have had some experience in the marine parts industry, preferably with exposure to outboard motors.

- Experienced phone and online parts sales
- Excellent computer skills
- Flexible, adaptable, reliable and punctual
- Strong organisational skills, prioritisation and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm with a strong work ethic
- Current driver's licence
- Applicants should be able to work independently
- Have excellent problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment is essential
- 3 + years of spare parts interpreting and managing stock holdings experience is essential

Pay: $59,767.65 - $85,000.00 per year
