Established in 2019 and located in Surry Hills NSW, LIVI Holdings Pty Ltd T/As Welove Fashion is a fast growing clothing wholesale company. We supply clothing products to retail shops and online retailers in Australia and over the world. Our clothing brands include Lillie& Mia, Roseason and Salty Bright.

We are currently looking for a Full Time experienced Customer Service Manager to be in charge of our customer accounts in Australia. The main duties and responsibilities include:

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the customer service team;
- Be responsible for supervisethe overall customer service strategy and implementing the most effective processes to drive the customer experience;
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding availability and provide advice regarding our products;
- Manage and maintain an accurate customer database analyse data to identify strategies for improvement of service and productivity;
- Organize orders and liaise all stocks;
- Manage clients’ back orders;
- Handle customer concerns and issues in a timely and appropriate manner;
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements;
- Provide on-going support for the business including daily order processing and data entry;
- Regularly communicate and support the production manager and the sales team by providing customer feedback and proposals;
- Organize orders and liaise with the warehouse & logistic team for prompt and accurate orders and deliveries;
- Create effective customer service procedures and standards

Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a similar role in the apparel industry;
- Minimum 3 years full-time work experience as a Customer Service Manager;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or related field highly regarded;
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Be familiar with order processes and have the ability to analyse sales data to optimize sales strategies;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and MYOB preferred;
- Possessing a strong sense of style and aesthetics;
- Ability to combine business acumen with a keen eye for fashion trends;
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required;
- Occasional travel may be necessary

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
