**How will you contribute**:

- You will be the primary point of contact for existing clients and will be responsible for providing effective customer support and ensuring retention is focal.
- Supporting the acquisition of new customers and renewal of license agreements.
- Providing end-to-end support for clients.
- Ensuring all client account details and contacts are effectively up to date in the CRM database.
- Managing customer expectations and meeting applicable deadlines.

**What will you bring to the table?**
- Customer service or call centre experience is a **MUST.**:

- Ability to manage phone communications and correspondence.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Citizen or Permanent Resident.
