Our supervisors play a key role in the day-to-day organisation and leadership of their store team.

They support the Store Manager to deliver on our mission to create inspiration and nurture cooking at home through genuine knowledgeable customer service and an incredible retail experience for every customer.

They take pride in their store and maintain quality standards across all aspects of daily store operations including stock control, merchandising, daily procedures and striving for sales budgets and targets.

They work side by side with their team to build their knowledge, delegate tasks, give feedback and inspire them every day.

- You have previous experience within a retail or hospitality supervisor role
