About the Role
- Adhere to policy & procedures whilst processing requests as per legislative, administrative and court ordered mechanisms, including method released to adhere to the organisations responsibility to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
- Liaise and negotiate with applicants exercising discretionary powers in the context of reviewing the request scope of access or negotiating time frame extensions.
- Support management to undertake service improvement projects including reviews for process, policy and procedure, development, implementation and education for ongoing evaluation and quality activity.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of legislation and ensure all requests are released in accordance with the relevant criterion i.e., validity, consent requirements, notice of claims, scope of release, fees, and charges.
