Technical Trainer in Digital Forensics

MSAB is expanding its presence in the APAC region and is seeking a dynamic Technical Trainer to join our team. As the primary trainer for this region, you will be responsible for educating our customers and delivering MSAB Certification training courses, both online and in-person. You will work closely with users to formulate system requirements, develop system plans and documentation, review and evaluate existing systems, and design and modify systems to meet users' business needs. You will work with identifying, analyzing and evaluating business processes as well as work practices, to be able to recommend optimal business practices, system functionality and behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting multi-day certification and training courses on MSAB products (XRY, XAMN, and XEC) ensuring participants understand the software's capabilities.
- Developing new training courses and updating existing ones with knowledge gained from the field.
- Creating, adopting, and implementing system test plans to ensure acceptable quality and system integrity.
- Developing, creating and reviewing OnDemand curriculum and training content and documentation.
- Using project management methodologies to develop project plans, manage projects, and ensure optimal business practices.
- Creating user and training documentation and conducting formal training classes.
- Representing MSAB at conferences, exhibitions, and workshops, providing technical demonstrations, and acting as a brand ambassador.
- Supporting the Sales Department in customer-facing roles to highlight our technology's benefits.
- Consulting with users and programmers to design improvements to the functionality of systems, and developing functional specifications for use by system developers.
- Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision-making process.
- Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions for our customers, such as creating, adopting and implementing customer solutions, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the solution.
Who You Are:
We are looking for an ambitious and sociable individual passionate about our "customer mission" mindset. You should be eager to educate our customers about MSAB's products and the field of mobile digital forensics. You will join our Australian team, currently comprising two members, and play a key role in our APAC region expansion plans by 2025.
Requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in a relevant field, or at least five years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification.
- Technical knowledge or a passion for learning.
- Experience in mobile and/or digital forensics.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Understanding of digital evidence recovery issues in the Australia/APAC region.
- Based in Australia with willingness to travel extensively within Australia and globally.
- Occasional visits to our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, will be required
Practical information:
This job is a full time position, based in Northern Suburbs of Sydney.
Salary level for the job is 135.000$+ Bonus program, plus superannuation at the statutory rate.
Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
