**Role Overview**

As an **IT Field Technician**, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients’ IT systems run smoothly. Your week will be a mix of on-site visits, office-based work, and remote tasks, including administrative and sales responsibilities. Experience with tools like **HubSpot** and **Canva** is a plus

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending technical expertise with customer service. You’ll need your own **insured** transport to travel to client locations (fuel costs will be reimbursed). Plus, you’ll get the opportunity to work with one of Australia’s top retailers while providing IT support to both retail and commercial clients across Melbourne.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **On-Site IT Support**: Visit client locations to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. This may include setting up and maintaining **mobile phones, laptops, PCs, game consoles, Wi-Fi routers,** and other smart devices for home or office use.
- **Sales Support**: Assist with sales activities such as generating leads, preparing quotes, and following up with clients. Experience with **HubSpot** is beneficial.
- **Client Training**: Help clients understand new technologies and best practices with patience and clarity. Some customers may require extra guidance, so a friendly approach is key.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain documentation, update client records, and handle general admin duties.
- **System Maintenance**: Conduct regular checks to ensure optimal system performance. We aim to provide user-friendly solutions that require mínimal ongoing maintenance.

**About You**
- **Technical Skills**: Strong troubleshooting abilities in hardware, software, and networking concepts. Experience with **network and smart device installations** is highly regarded.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional, and patient approach.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think quickly and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Organized & Self-Motivated**: Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- **Experience**: Previous IT support experience is preferred.
- **Requirements**: A **current Victorian driver’s license and insured vehicle** are necessary. You’ll also need to obtain a **Police Check** and provide proof of the right to work in Australia (such as a passport or birth certificate).

**Working Hours**
- **On-Site**: 2-3 days per week, Monday to Friday, visiting client locations. **Optional** Saturday and public holiday work is available for those interested.
- **Office/Home**: Up to 2 days per week, focusing on administrative and sales tasks, depending on workload.
- **Flexibility**: Some adjustment in working hours may be needed to meet client requirements.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: Up to $5,000.00 per month
