**Physio Receptionist (Casual/Part-Time/Full Time Position)**

**Hours: 38 hours per week**

We are expanding and seeking a reliable and organised **Receptionist** to support the smooth operation of our busy practice.

We are offering casual and full-time roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage administrative duties to ensure the efficient running of the practice.
- Oversee practitioner billing and appointment schedules.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication between patients and practitioners.
- Assist with general office tasks, including data entry and file management.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all patients.
- Support the team with various tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience with Nookal and HiCAPS** is advantageous (but not essential).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively with a team.
- Prior experience in a medical or health-related field is preferred (but not essential).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-presented and professional at all times.
- Ability to travel across the service area when necessary.

Shift Hours:

- Flexible shift times, **8am - 7pm** (no weekend work).
