Aurec are seeking an Information and Organisation Professional to join our team.

Your new role Reporting into the Department Head.

Tasks Include:

- Responsible for the coordination of regional and global organisational projects, identifying and implementing process improvements and strategic changes whilst continuously meeting internal audit and external regulatory bodies requirements.
- Facilitate financial analysis and modelling
- Undertake and manage high quality industry research and analysis
- Analyse business and organisational shortcomings with management analysing and evaluating current systems and structures;
- Implement recommendations/solutions and ensure the employees and stakeholders receive the necessary assistance to embed the changes;
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have worked with a Project Manager type role before supporting internal processes and functions and be able to identify possibilities for streamlining or making a process more effective.
- Following Project Management methodologies, you will be able to produce clear functional specifications and project plans, monitor reports and comply with regulatory guidelines, ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget and understand front to back trade flows and their operational systems and interfaces.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

**Salary**: $65,000 - $85,000 + superannuation

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
