**Position: Bar Manager**

**Location**: Toowoomba, Queensland

**About Us**: The Vault on Ruthven is Queensland's premier adult nightclub, celebrated for its elegance, entertainment, and unwavering commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons. We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment during evening hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee night operations, managing staff and resources effectively to create a pleasant and memorable atmosphere.
- Maintain strict adherence to legal requirements, including responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and responsible management of licensed venues (RMLV).
- Report on nightly activities, including staff performance and any incidents or concerns.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for your team.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Preferably hold a valid Controllers License.
- Hold an RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues) certificate.
- Hold an RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
