You will run the club's canteen and bar with a high degree of independence and autonomy while contributing to our larger mission.

About the RoleAs the manager, you'll be the key point of contact for the sports club and its members. You'll be responsible for providing essential leadership and operational oversight, ensuring the canteen and bar run smoothly and efficiently. This includes:
- Staff Management: Hiring, training, and scheduling a great team to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory & Financials: Managing stock levels, handling cash registers and reconciliation, and overseeing budgets to ensure profitability.
- Operations: Ensuring the canteen and bar are clean, well-maintained, and comply with all relevant health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Promotions: Actively promoting the venue, including through social media, to attract and retain customers.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaising with No Limitts Directors and Club Administrators to leverage key opportunities and events.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to our mission. You'll have:
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within a bar or food service environment.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and de-escalate tense situations.
- A strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid in CPR

This is a permanent, part-time position with a minimum of 20 hours per week. The operating hours are Thursday evening, Friday evening, Saturday morning, and all-day Sunday.
