With over a decade of expertise in the automotive industry, **3MT True Value Auto** is seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Sales Assistant** to join our team in our busy car yard.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Experience**: Greet and assist both new and returning customers, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
- **Relationship Building**: Maintain strong communication with customers before, during, and after their purchase.
- **Sales Performance**: Meet and exceed sales targets and customer service benchmarks.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up to date with the different Brands and models of the vehicles and their features.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth operations across the dealership.
- **Marketing Participation**: Be involved in dealership promotions and marketing events that attract new customers.

**What We’re Looking For**:
To be eligible for this role, you must have:

- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- A well-presented, professional appearance
- A team-oriented mindset and commitment to collaboration
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including Saturdays
- A valid manual and automatic driver’s license

**Experience**:
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
