**What You Will Be Doing**

The purpose of this role is support People Hub, including technical support, security and end user support. Furthermore, this role is required to support key projects that enhance the experience of People Hub, this involves identifying business needs, liaising with stakeholders, systems testing, documenting processes and updating training resources.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Experience using SAP Success Factors, in particular employee central, recruitment and OnBoarding modules and or demonstrated experience learning systems quickly
- Experience coaching and or training managers
- Experience in a role that requires strong organisation and an attention to detail
- Demonstrated understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
- Proficient in Excel and other Office tools
- Experience in health

**Additional Requirements**
- Please refer to salary circular for HEALTH AND ALLIED SERVICES, MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATIVE WORKERS (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021-2025 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.

It is strongly recommended that individuals in this role remain up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations.
