We are looking for an internal sales representative that has great communication skills, is able to multitask and pays attention to detail.
Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Use SAP and BeQik to provide support to the VIC sales and service teams with product pricing, availability, and delivery times
- Administer sales processes and update as required
- Persuading Customers that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
- Calculating Customer quotations and administering Customer accounts
- Providing some technical assistance if possible and product information as requested by customer and sales engineer, to support after-sales services activities
- Preparing reports as requested
- Meeting regular sales targets
**Qualifications**
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power Point and Excel
- Proficient in SAP or a similar system
- Proficient in General office duties and use of VOIP phone systems
- Able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A great team player but also able to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills
- Displays initiative and strong customer service skills
