**About the Role**: As a Dietitian you are to deliver Nutrition & Dietetic services within acute, sub-acute and ambulatory services that includes detailed clinical assessment, patient education, therapeutic intervention and/or management and assistance with discharge planning within a multi-disciplinary context.
