The Logistics Coordinator works with internal customers such as Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Theater Warehouses to resolve transportation related issues such as damaged or lost freight, miss-delivered freight, overages or shortages, and late deliveries. The coordinator analyzes transportation related problems to determine root cause and then works with our transportation providers on the problems until resolved.

Coordinates expedited shipments to meet specialized delivery requirements.

Monitors transit times for international air and ocean export and import shipments. Assists Inter-Company Replenishment Team to determine proper parameter settings to support Oracle Replenishment Logic and achieve expected service levels requirements.

Provides support on project improvement programs such as assisting with process flow documentation, generating data using existing methodologies and making recommendations for potential enhancements.
