**ABOUT THE ROLE**

If you are a highly enthusiastic and motivated self-starter, we want you to fulfil our Full-Time role of Client Partner Support Officer. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will provide support to our very busy Business Development & Commercial team in our Perth CBD Office.

**DUTIES**

This role will assist and/or be responsible for following areas:

- Administrative support to the WA based Client Partner team
- Customer queries and liaising with potential clients
- Drafting adhoc reporting as required
- Providing costing quotes to potential and existing clients.
- Confirming quotes and finalising sales.
- Develop and manage the business development client databases

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong administrative background
- Exceptional customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
- Well-developed data entry, Excel and MS Word skills
- High accuracy level and attention to detail
- Computer know how - Previous experience with a CRM is highly regarded
- Analytical & problem solving skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Team player, contributor, and self-motivation a must
